AJ starts the show with non stop ‘Kitchen Bangers’ through to features such as ‘Guess The Year’ and ‘Songs from the Common Room’ intertwined with topical, entertaining news.

The second half brings about The Request Show where the airwaves are handed to the listeners to pick a song alongside a theme – could be Best of British, Songs about the Weather or just something simply random.
