Martin Thorpe
Martin has always been interested in Radio, Railways and Football, in no particular order.
After presenting his first radio show in 1985 on Huddersfield Hospital Radio, he has gone on to work at three Hospital Radio stations, and is currently Chairman of Milton Keynes Hospital Radio. He was formerly a qualified football Referee, but now commentates on MK Dons matches for Hospital Radio and the Soccersight service for visually impaired fans.
Martin is a Chartered Engineer who has worked in the Railway Signalling industry for almost 40 years. He enjoys gardening, socialising and spending time with his family – he has recently become a Grandad!
