Welcome to our station website!

By now we hope you have tuned in and your favourite show is broadcasting.

If you are a regular listener, you will find that our updated site works in a similar way to the previous one but has many more features for you to explore: from our planned schedule, our live schedule (plans can sometimes change), local News, What’s On, Weather and a wealth of information about our shows and presenters – you can even take a peek at their photos. And all the time you will stay connected to the music player.

About us

3Bs Radio is based in our studio at the University of Buckingham.

We are a Community radio station serving Bicester, Brackley, Buckingham and the surrounding areas, managed entirely by a team of volunteers. We were created as a Community Interest Company and registered at Companies’ House.

3Bs Radio is a not-for-profit organisation with our aim being to support our local communities through providing varied, interesting content to entertain and inform our listeners within the area.

Our objective is to provide a service both to our communities and to local organisations within our area which we do through the online radio station broadcasts, social media, and this website.

We genuinely believe that local radio for the community is necessary for us all to share experiences as, after the reduction in local services following consolidation and amalgamation within both commercial radio and BBC local radio, a large gap existed in many local broadcasting areas.

3Bs Radio provides a chance to bridge the gap that has been created within our local areas over the last few years, as well as providing global entertainment via the internet.
