I got involved with radio when I was at De Montfort University in Leicester in 2018. With Demon FM, I honed my craft hosting the Sunday Morning Show as well as the news and, since then, I have not been able to get rid of that itch.

After leaving uni, I fell out of radio since opportunities dried up and other goals took centre stage. However, in 2024, a chance came along to do Raleigh International, a 10-week volunteering trip to South Africa which really helped give me regain my confidence. One of the main reasons this helped was Raleigh Radio gave us a chance to hear what was going on in the outside world and the opportunity to flex my radio skills once more.

Since my return to radio, I’m presenting at Stoke Mandeville Hospital Radio as well as here at 3Bs and continuing to pursue my dream of working in radio.
