Music and Radio have been a big part of my life, my first love being early Soul and R&B, but I am happy to play all types of music – if it’s good and popular then I will listen to it, been around for nearly seven decades now…..
I grew up in Buckingham, started as a DJ at the youth club in 1966, inspired by Pirate Radio and the great music that was played. Have been involved in Community Radio for some time and enjoy the local contact and feedback.
My only claim to fame was being a finalist in the 2021 National Community Radio Awards.
As a DJ, I have worked with several Motown artists, Jimmy Ruffin, The Marvelettes and The Velvelettes.
